In-App Käufe nicht möglich, kaum Funktionen

App muss gekauft werden und trotzdem sind In-App Käufe vorhanden.
Jedoch kann man sie nicht kaufen. Man kann nur NOR Gatter verwenden und sonst nichts ..
Nie wieder kaufen!! :-(
